The Dallas Ballroom can host a sit-down dinner for up to 1,100 guests without dancing, and up to 800 guests with dancing. The built-in stage accomodates a 20-piece orchestra or a tiered head table for up to 50 guests.

The Houston Ballroom can accomodate an event for up to 200 guests. The ballroom breaks out into three individual rooms that will accomodate up to 60 guests each for a sit down dinner, and up to 80 guests for a stand-up cocktail reception. The Event Center's decor offers a warm, elegant and inviting color scheme that enhances any meeting or social event.

The Austin and Midland Boardrooms are elegantly appointed and compliment an executive dinner meeting or an intimate dinner celebration of up to 20 guests.
